The RE action plans highlighted in the document, if and when implemented, and the launch of the anticipated Energy Regulation Board Cost of Service Study to dictate cost-reflective tariffs scenario will surely encourage more IPPs investment in the RE sector. The critical anchor to the viability of the RE sector is getting state power utility Zesco Limited as a credit-worthy off-taker.
