Agness is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical and Energy systems, Automation, Control Systems, Instrumentation, Projects, and Operations Management. Possesses a Master’s degrees in Renewable Energy Engineering and Control Systems Engineering, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
She has demonstrated expertise in hydrological modeling for carbon credits revenue determination and designing fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle power trains. Proven leadership abilities as the Chairperson for the Zambia Women in Engineering section and extensive involvement in professional memberships and directorships. She has a strong track record in project management, operations, automation, instrumentation, and maintenance in the mining industry. Excellent people management skills and experience in planning, procurement, and contract management. She is recognized for professional excellence by the Zambia Association of University for Women.
